This is a rare piece from the Pet Masterpiece Art Collection. Pet-Louis Davis was commissioned to paint the portrait of Tiger Bonaparte as he crossed the alps. Tiger asked Pet-Louis David to portray him "calm, mounted on a fiery steed".
